The completely original Pyrenees Black Pearl paintwork is reported to be in fair condition given the car’s age and usage. Lacquer peel on the roof, a hairline crack on the top of the rear spoiler, a small dent on the ‘R’ of the rear Lancer badge, touched-in corrosion and chips on the outside rear quarter next to the rear light, the outside rear plastic wheel trim has a scrape which has been touched-up, the rear number plate surround has faded, there are small stone chips on the front bumper and bonnet, and there is an area of paint fade on the bonnet, but the overall the car presents well.
